2 Sata Drives

I am using a WD Raptor 37g sata drive as my boot drive and a Maxtor 80g sata drive as my secondary storage. When the system boots up it recognises both drives but in windows (when i click my computer) I can only see the Raptor. Why can I not see or use the Maxtor drive?

The Maxtor has to be partitioned and formatted. You do this in Disk Management.

Right click My Computer, Manage, Storage, Disk Management. The drive will be in there, right click on the empty space, partition and format.
