How much watts does my Power Supply gives?

I want to get the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB video card for my Sony® Vaio PCV-RX650 computer, however I don't know how much Watts does my power supply has which I need to know in order to see if this video card will be run properly. I check the online manual (pdf file) but did not find any info about it.

Is there a utility that will tell you how much Watts does the system has, or do I have to open up my system?

Any help is appreciated,

Thank
