Question Intel 2.4A with i850 chipset...2.3?

Intel 2.4A with i850 chipset...2.3? As my post title suggests, I have an Intel 2.4A cpu on an Intel D850MVSE mobo. OS is WinXP Pro. System Properties reports the cpu at 2.3ghz. Not really concerned, as the system is rock solid and plenty fast enough, just wondering if this is a voltage setting, thang?

Its acting normal, dont worry. Since the fsb is not a multiple of 100 it will run a little off than the claimed speed.

Actually, this mobo, only supports 400mhz fsb 478 pin Northwood chips, so it isn't that it is a 533 fsb issue.
