Question Weapons of Mass destruction

I found the weapons of mass destruction, they are on my hard drive. I spend more time with the blocking, stopping, spamming tools than I do using my software.

I need to format my hard drive to dump everything and start over. I see reference to doing a low level format, using a low-leval program from the manufacturer. I can not find one at my manuffacturer's web site (Segate).
Segate ATA100 40 GB

Where else can I look.

Thank in advance.

Cool

http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/utils.html

And all I did was type in www.seagate.com choose Support and pick Disk Products from the dropdown.

You don't to spends HOURS doing a low level format. Regular format would do just fine.
