Connecting case to card/mobo
hi guys, basically ive just bought a firewire/usb card and want to hook it upto to the slots on the front of my case but theres no instructions with the card or case etc so any info would be great.
The card has a few sets of jumpers on, one set of 4, one set of 5 and one set of 8, i assume the 4 is usb an 8 firewire but which jumpers to i plug where, any help would be great. ps sorry if this is in the wrong forum, wasnt sure where to put it. |

Exactly which card are you using? Brand and model.
Does it even have the ability to hook up to the front ports on the case? Cricket

Well it has two internal ports, both firewire and usb. I assume it does as it has what looks to me like connectors, its a 'safecom high speed usb 2.0/firewire combo pci card' bought from ebuyer. If you like i can take a photo of it wit my digi cam and post it here.
