I am looking for this Motherboard HELP me find it

I need a mother board here is what I need it to do:

P4 478 pin HT support 800MHz FSB(It needs to work with up to a 4GHz) (I have a Northwood 3.2GHz)
Intel Chipset
4 Dual-Chanel DIMM DDR 184 pin EEC/Non-EEC
2 SATA
2 Ultra IDE
Floppy
5/6 PCI
1 AGP 8X
no less than 4 USB 2.0
At least 2 FireWire
Printer Port
1 serial port
No integrated video
8 chanel/ 7.1 surround sound
1000MHz LAN
I want Raid capubilities
Also need a card reader/writer that can plug into MB

I will take all the help I can get. Thanks

Thanks it looks great!! I still need a card reader/writer. What would you suggest? I would get one that plugs into USB but I dont want to run a cable from inside to the outside. Thanks again I've been looking for this for a long time. By the way, what is Raid?

The Enlite Rex-Do2 card reader that I got came with cables for both internal connection to mother board USB and standard USB cable.

Is there a card reader in silver? I prefer it to match my case.

Here is one by Enermax with USB and Firewire ports. Or you can get this one for cheaper.

SD
XD
Memory Stick

I couldn't find anything that was silver. The closest is this, which is grey.

HERE is a silver internal card reader that should work fine.

Oh, sorry about that I didn't notice. HERE is a silver internal card reader that supports XD cards.

It says it's silver, but at the bottom of the page there's an option to choose the collor, but the only choice is Gray. Thanks for looking.

Well the easiest thing to do would be to buy one regardless of color and paint the bezel silver. I did that with all my drives and they match my aluminum case perfectly.

Just so you guys know I bought the MB. It's great I have 6 IDE drives connected with out any PCI to IDE card installed. Thanks for the recomendation.
