What do u think of this heatsink?

Pure copper. Rifle bearing (not as durable as ball bearing but quieter and from what i hear an improvement over sleeve bearing).

Looks good compared to other combos under 40. I'd personally take performance over noise though- I'd want a faster fan, ball bearing. If you're going for noise reduction and aren't trying to get the highest overclock you can from the cpu, then it looks like a very good combo.

I agree. Performance first then noise. As my sig states I have 7 case fans. Sounds like a jet airplane starting up when you push the power button. (OK slight exaggeration.)
