Are you asking how to measure the size of the hole for the fan. The size is measured in diameter. Most are 80 mm fans.
Let me know if thats what you were looking for.

The 60mm fan opening is the smaller of the two. So whichever fan opening is smaller, that's where the 60mm fan goes. But it's going to be more noisy than a 80mm fan. Depending on where that opening is, you might just skip that size and fill the other 80mm fan openings.
Where are the openings located? 1 80mm fan up front and 2 in the back? 2 up front and 1 on the back? And where is the 60mm fan opening? The fan on the side of the case is most likely a 80mm fan. Which case are you using? Cricket

If the 60MM is accessable and you can get to it to cut, get a 3 inch holesaw and cut an 80MM hole and add another 80MM fan
