chassis painting

i've been thinking about mabye painting the metal chassis (not the plastic outer case) of my computer with uv paint and putting some black lights inside. anybody have any experience with uvpaint/black lights and painting the metal chassis?

There are a couple threads already that touch on UV painting, and one of them (this one) has two links to tutorials.

As for blacklights, I'd recommend cold cathode fluorescent lights; they give the same effect, but also give off actual light and are (AFAIK) much cooler than blacklights.

anybody know anything about chassis painting? specifically how long it takes to paint, how long to dry, and how much of a risk. i'm looking for an effect something along the lines of this

and yes i know that chassis is not painted but i think it would be cheaper to paint the chassis and just get lighted componants
