fan query

hey i have a full custom case mod nice n simple but i am woundering how i should have my fans

i cant get a pic up atm so i will describe it basicly i have a rectangle window with a fan in the actual window inline with my cpu i have it blowing out atm should i turn this around or not and under my window i have 2 intake fans blowing onto pci and other blowing just into the case under my hdd rack the only exhast fans i have are my psu one and the one inline with the cpu should i turn the window mount fan around?

The best thing to do is play around with the fans and keep track of the CPU and case temps. Whichever fan set up gives you the lowest CPU and case temps, that's the set up that is right for your particular computer.
