Im looking for a case that looks plain so that as i get money and ideas i can mod it later like put in a window and add nice paint job. I am very tight on money aswell.

Take a look at these Enlight cases. They are fairly plain looking and come with good quality power supplies.

Also, newegg sells some really nice cases (I have an X-Dreamer, black with some lights in it already and a window) for low prices, mine was on sale for about 55 USD, but I think the regular price is only about 65.

This is a great, fairly plain case which i've found ideal for modding:
http://www.custompc.co.uk/reviews/re...y.php?id=59386 Comes with 2 120mm case fans and speed control, adding windows is really easy as the sides are totally flat, it's got a grill and mounting point for an 80mm side fan which should be directly opposite the cup heatsink and an adjustable duct that channels the air directly onto the HSF. There is an air filter at the front which hides the fans, I got the dremel out and cut all of that away and got busy with the P38 car filler and you can make it look quite smooth if your patient with it.
