d865perl help!

I have no 1394 front panel pinouts on my brand new retail boxed d865 perl mobo. Is it possible there are different boards under the same model? If so, how do I add firewire feature to my present board. Thanks everyone!

There may not be any front panel plugs on that board, but you can always add a firewire card.

There are different variations of the D865PERL, the ones that have onboard firewire are the D865PERL-L and the D865PERL-K. The regular PERL does not have firewire.
