Question AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3400+ - FAN recommendation

Hi,

I'm using an AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3400+

Recently while using my machine my cpu fan died and the system shutsdown after a while.
I've got a huge box fan next to it, with the case open and run it for a short time to back up my data because I'm in the middle of a big project.

I want to buy a new fan for this CPU but I'm unsure which one to get.

The current fan it is using is

EVERFLOW
DC Fan & DC Motor
Model: R126010DU
DC 12V 0.40 AMP

I'm not really all that into super modding and cooling and all.
I want to buy a replacement fan but would like to know if there is any other better fan you can suggest for this processor that is better.

I don't have time because im in the middle of a project to do any fancy adjustments.
Just would like the exact link to which fan should I buy. I desperately need help and need to get a fan I can snap in like this one really quickly.

PLEASE HELP all the mod gurus out there.

BIG Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about the heatsink fan? You should just get a new heatsink. I'd look at the Zalman heatsinks. They are quiet and very reliable.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I'm not very familiar with CPU cooling. Which heatsink should I get?

Is it not just possible to get a replacement CPU fan for the one that died or is it essential I replace the heatsink?
