printer colors mixed up
I have a friend that has a printer that the colors are now mixed up since he replaced the color cartridges. He sent them back and got new ones, but got the same result. He then borrowed someone else's printer that worked fine to test it out and their printer did the same thing on his computer. What could be causing this?
