uninstall won't uninstall printer
so i have to get rid of some printer software/drivers that are causing my parents' system to not function. when i try to uninstall it it says that it can't uninstall because the file uninstall.isu is not valid. i checked the directory and it's there, so i don't know what to do. i tried reinstallng everything but it asks to connect the printer which we don't have anymore. i just need a way to get rid of the old printer software and drivers.
the computer is a 1.2 ghz athlon 256 mb ram gibabyte mobo windows xp professional the printer was a canon multipass c755 and now the new one is an hp officejet 5510 all-in-one. thanks for your help.l |

Check "add/remove programs" in the control panel.
