Floppy problem

My floppy drive quit working. The light stays on all the time. I have replaced the cable, switched the cable end for end and tried a new drive.

A steady floppy light indicates that the floppy cable (usually the end plugged into the floppy) needs to be flipped 180' and plugged in again.

Not good. Sounds like the floppy controller on the mobo went south for the winter - without ya!
