canon s750 problems

heres the story..

i ran out of all ink, but cyan. it was left like that and not used for a few months. i just bought all new ink and the cyan isnt working. i put the old(almost empty)cyan ink in and still didnt work. i have done LOTS of canons cleanings, but still no good. i think the print head is either done for or clogged real bad.

1) is there a way to manually clean the print head(household chemical)?

2) canon tech support cant seem to help me fine the print head part number, so maybe one of you can??
