Which PSU for OCing?

In the near future, my buddies and I are going to make a watercooled rig with either a P4 2.4C Northwood or an Athlon 2500+ mobility. We've chosen most of the parts for our rig. The ony parts we haven't decided on is RAM and the PSU.
One of my friend's mom works at OCZ and she can get us some cheap parts through employee discounts (25-50%).

OCZ makes two powersupplies, the Modstream and the Powerstream .

Also, can you help me choose some RAM that's made by OCZ?

Any high quality PSU will do just fine. Check the Power Supply Reference guide on pcmech.

the Powerstream would be a great choice...preferably 470W or 520W. the 600W has issues right now, so id stay away from that one. the Modstream isnt bad, but its nowhere near as stable as the Powerstream. another nice thing is the Powerstream has externally adjustable rails. turn the knobs and crank up the juice if need be.
