Printer Error
My printer works fine but after I leave it on for about an hour or two, it won't let me print anything. It starts giving me error when I try to print. The only way to get it to work again is to restart my computer. The printer also makes cricket like sound when it is printing. They're probably two seperate problems tho. Anyone know why?

Kinda hard to help you when you don't tell us the printer model.

Sorry. HP OfficeJet G55. It's a scanner and a printer in one.

I think you will find your answer there - turn off power management on your USB root hub. |
