help putting mobo in case

Hey I made a new thread because I wasnt sure if people would look at the other one. I would delete it if I knew how.

Anyways I need help putting the mobo in the case. The retail case came with no manual and on their site it is just a crappy 2 page manual that tells you nothing.

What Im lookin for is if there is another thread on this someone to point me in the right direction. If not I need help with what screws go where. Also how and where do I install the standoffs. I have the brass standoffs. 3 different types of screws:short thin, short fat, and long. 5 plastic screw things 4 red washers and a small L bracket thing. I hope its not asking to much but im pretty much lookin for a summary on what screws go where. I noticed on the motherboard some of the screw holes have a circle of some kind of coating and some don't.

Any help would be much appreciated. THANKS

On your motherboard, those screw holes with the "coating" is where you're going to put screws through the board, into the standoffs. That coating is to make sure your screw aren't shorting anything on the motherboard. Try this. Make sure you've grounded yourself, and put the mobo into the case, lined up correclty with the back of the box so all the ports are correct. Use a pencil to mark through those holes on the mobo onto the case below, then take the board back out. Check for the pencil marks to see where you need to screw in the standoffs. There's usually 9 places, at least with Asus boards. Put the standoffs in, reinsert the mobo into the case, and check the holes to make sure there's a standoff under each one. As for the screw themselves, it should be a pretty obvious fit. They're probably really short black screws, same in number as the number of standoffs that came with your case.

Alrighty, there are also 4 red washers and 5 of these odd looking plastic screw things. What do I do with those?

plastic screws are for adding casefans, I believe.
The washers should be used to fasten your motherboard, I think, but they're not necessary. Can't hurt to put em there though.

I'm not sure about those washers and plastic screws, I've only ever seen standoffs and mobo screws used.
