Front Panel leeds are male

I have a Inwin case and some of the front leeds have male connectors. The motherboard also has male connectors. Is ther some sort of converter for these or am I stuck sniping wires? The most important wires do have female leeds switch and power light.

The connectors from the front of the case are male connectors? I've never seen that before...and I have a Inwin case too. Can you provide a picture?

Wow...I've never seen from panel that were all males before. Weird. Sorry, I don't know what you can do about it. Someone else will have to suggest something.

Thats weird. What is the model of the case? Can you follow the wire up and see what they go to? Are those 3 pin wires?

Wow, I have never seen that either. Do you have any females to splice on there. I have a few unused, old cases and will throw some in the mail if you want....
