Still a work in progress. The pictures aren't that great, the camera on my phone can only do so much. Still trying to clean up the cabling a little bit more, but I'm waiting to sleeve the PSU wires until I get a new PSU.

the blue case is the old one, silver is new. No real modding on the new case, but the old one is still in use on my linux computer.

Hey! You stole my case That's a good idea, putting a normal fan grille on, instead of the air blocking thing they have on.

Btw, what fans are those? The front one could be stock, but that back one doesn't have a LED, but yours does.

Nice...but you need to use a tripod when taking picture in low light to avoid blurry photos.

I am noticing a lot of blue LED lights in almost all mods.... just wondering if there is any particular reason for this? I went with green and red cuz I like the contrast of those too colors... but man a lot of blue.

Well blue is my favorite color (and it's in my screen name ), so that is why I use blue LEDs. Come to think of it, I need to get some pictures of my case up soon.

I don't have any lights in my case, but I also dig the blue lights... I guess if I every added some, I'd have to see what color would "coordinate" with whatever I have at the time.

That is pretty sweet Tin. Are your SATA drives installed vertically? (that is how it looks to me).

Yep....I can put 5 HDs in the cage and they all mount vertically. The case also came with a part that installs in the cage so the drives can be mounted horizontally, but you can only fit 3 drives in that way.

They just look really big, but for some wires they need to be big to get the connector though it. It looks good though.

I kind of like the large-tubes look. It makes it unique -- most case mods all look the same, and this one doesn't.

Talking

Here's the new build I completed today. The specs are in my sig under "The Nuclear Gamer":

Neon Fan Shot:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...uff/newpc4.jpg

Side View:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...uff/newpc3.jpg

Front View:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...uff/newpc2.jpg

I'm thinking about sound-dampening it because it sounds like an airplane in its current status. I might add a DVD-RW or a HDD caddy later on. I can't really think of any other mods to do in the future, besides sleeving the cables.

Never done any real case modding before and wanted start modding for the new rig I'm looking at building. I have a few questions. Is there anything that can be used to cover acrylic to prevent scratching? Whether it be adhesed plastic sheets or spray covering or somthing of that sort. And does anyone know where I could find fan grills with any sort of air filter built in?(my ThermalTake has spoiled me) Here's a link to the case I'm looking at (you can't see the LEDs in the provided pics, but if you look at the same case with green or blue LEDs they have pics of them on in the dark). Plan on adding fans, cold cathode(s), etching the side panel, and rearranging/removing parts of the case I'm not using. Will throw asus a8n-sli, athlon 64 3700+ san diego, evga 7800gt, 2gb g.skill 2-3-2-5 pc3200, 250gb WD sata II w/ 16m cache, new TT hs & fan for cpu, and case fans. Plan to OC ram and CPU, keep 1:1 divider, RAM to from 400mhz to 500mhz, then cpu from 2.2ghz to 2.75ghz, I've heard that the ram can run DDR500 @ 3-3-2-5, XD.
