New Enermax DOA!?

I received a brand new Enermax Noisetaker 470W PSU for Christmas http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...103-446&depa=0. I have tried it in two different computers with the same result: The fans spin for a second and then stop. I then have to reset (switch) the power supply off for a minute and try it again...same thing. I have plugged in the main and 4 prong plugs securely and tried it outside the box. The wattage switch is in the right position (115).

Is there something I'm overlooking? It seems like a nice unit and I'd like to get it to work. Any ideas before I return it?

Sounds dead to me. That's too bad, it is a nice unit. Although they have a great reputation, nothing can be perfect and there will always be bad units regardless of how good a companies quality control.
