Hey, I've got a problem. My PC shuts down and restarts randomly while I'm on the internet. It never seems to happen while I play games like Doom3 or HL2 or while I'm playing music and I'm very sure that it's not a temperature problem because I've got tons of airflow and it happens even when I'm not overclocked. (My temps are fine) It happens when I'm on the internet and I click on a link or click to open a video. It doesn't happen while I'm just reading a webpage but it always seems to happen at the exact second that I click a link or button on the internet and when the PC restarts the Windows Error Reporting thing says that it was caused by a device driver (unknown) which I DO NOT BELIEVE. (It happens with a number of ATI Cat drivers) This is really annoying... Any ideas? THANKS!

It happens just as often at stock speeds.

run a virus scan and see if you had been exposed to a worm of some sorts. i once had the Welchia Worm, which would constantly hog up my internet bandwidth and cause random restarts and whatnot. if you do find one, there are several fixes out there if your anti-virus doesnt seem to cure it.

Thanks Tin but I'm completely CLEAN. Norton Internet Security 2004 found nothing, Spybot S&D found nothing and Ad-Aware SE found nothing. All three are up to date. This problem has been going on for quite a while (like 4-5 months) plus I just did a clean XP install (a month ago). It's definitely associated with the internet and with clicking a link.
