Need Help Picking a Processor

I plan to build a new PC using Intel motherboard D865GBF. I cannot decide on which processor. I budget is $150 for the processor. The two I am looking at are:

1) P4 2.4A 533 FSB 1MB Cache
2) P4 2.4C 800 FSB 512K Cache

I plan to use this PC to edit video and pictures, i don't play games on my PC. Please advise.

get the 2.4C...it has a faster bus speed. faster bus speed means the whole system performs better overall.

I'm in agreement too. Go with the 2.4C. It also runs cooler.
