Budget overclocking RAM

The RAM in my computer now is decent, but I can't overclock at all with it. My budget is extremly limited as I am working to pay off a loan from my dad. I've been searching for some RAM to do moderate overclocking (probably a tad more than 250fsb) and I found this - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...156-012&depa=1. I know it's not the best RAM in the world, but it seems like it will do what I want. Does anybody know if Kingmax is a good brand? Also can anybody suggest any other good cheap overclocking RAM? (TCCD is too pricey)
