Question PC Air Conditioner

http://www.3dcool.com/Details.asp?cid=361&id=1102

Anyone have this or something similar or maybe just some comments about it?

EDIT*
This thing is ugly.

Unless you're doing some EXTREME overclocking, this thing is beyond overkill.

I would assume they have compensated because it's designed for PC use, but I'm always weary about condensation when I see A/C for a PC also.

Sounds like a "dud" to me.

Yeah I did a google and came across several reveiws. I think that I'd just rather hear from the good people here at PCMech about certain things.

To be honest I would never consider buying this thing just because of how obtrusive it is.

According to this company, they have found a way to break the second law of thermodynamics:

Q: How much power does the PC AirCon PAC 400 require?

A: "52W" is the power that the PC AirCon PAC 400 consumes from power supply. "80W" is the cooling capacity that the PC AirCon PAC 400 provides to the system.

Either they are getting free energy by putting in 52 watts and getting back 80 watts...or they are lieing. ..and I dont remember any news about someone breaking the second law of thermodynamics.

Do they sell a perpetual motion machine?

Well It doesn't seem too overkill to me since it makes no difference in system temps.

Very true...
Maybe if you had 8 or 9 of these bad boys screaming away, you could start OCing a little. Mind you, then the components of the units themselves would be generating so much heat that it would probably INCREASE the temps!

David M, if they do sell a Perpetual Motion Machine reckon you could sign me up for one??
And no doubt 8 or 9 of those puppies would be chewing up no end of power, and prolly generate more heat than they 'cooled'

hey you might as well get into case bulding because your gonna need a pc tower the size of an air conditioner to hold them all, considering they take up 3 drive bays each
