mix between case and cooling
First of all im building my new computer come April or May and at first i planned to get an exos, but the price was getting out of hand. I only thought of water cooling becuase it was quiet and made temps nice. But the the other day i was looking around for cases and i find this one...
http://www.frozencpu.com/cst-226.html Its seems very interesting, and i want to know if anyone has heard about it. I will also be planning on getting a 'Thermaltake Silent 775 with Heatpipe Cooling Technology P/N CL-P0092' for my cpu. (link below) http://www.pctoys.com/840556018742.html If anyone has information on either the CPU cooler, or the Case itself please inform me. |

By the way, the looks of the case dont bother me, i dont plan to get neons and all that. Id take a quieter and cooler pc, then one with neon lights any day. Thanks again.

Looks good, as long as you like the case then its a good choice (arctic cooling is a good brand too)
The heatsink is good, however if you really want to go silent, take a look at the thermalright xp120, pair that with a 120mm vantec stealth fan, and it would be almost inaudible. namakan Last edited by netnamakan; 03-12-2005 at 03:18 AM. |

Just to let people know, i read a review about that case, dont remember where, but their were a few negatives, such as the power supply being at the bottom, and that its hard to keep the case clean with wires everywhere. Also it has 2 feet, which would cause problems, i dont remmeber much, but saw my post again so decided to let everyone know.
