annoying hardrive problem
i have just tried to install a new hardrive alongside my old one. i have it set to slave and my current one set as master. it was detected in the bios and in device manager, but it will not show up in 'My Computer' so that i can format it.
does anyone know what the problem is? thanks |

hi, i use windows XP, but ive fixed the problem now anyway, thanks.
converted the drive to ntfs using the computer management area, which i didnt know about originally. |
