DVD read problem like they havent been formatted.
I have a Liteon DVD+-R/+-RW 4x speed. I have an Athlon 900mhx cpu 200 fsb and a Aopen pro mb, 256 mb ram 40gb HD with 15 gb space. Win XP sp2. I recently burned some DVD-R disks, as far back as January 2005 and they were working fine. It reads music cd's and dvd I had burned with home movies with burn dates back to august 04, I think. And reads those disks now. It would read the newest ones and everything as recent as a week ago. I havent changed any thing except minor updates from MS and none included a driver or anything. Now the CD's act like they arnt even formatted. What can I do to gain access to my info? Anyone familar with this problem?
