Bus mastering

How can I find out if my mobo supports this? I read about this in this article:
http://www.pcmech.com/show/harddrive/78/3
I want to get an ATA 133 EIDE HDD. My mobo (ABIT VA-10) supports Ultra ATA 133 (2 IDE connectors). Or should I stick to an IDE HDD?

IDE 133 and Ultra IDE or ATA 133 is the same thing. Sometimes the Ultra gets left off .

All motherboards made in the past 8 years or so support bus mastering.
