Yo dust in my pc!!! help!
Well recently i just bought some Ram i went to install them into my PC, well anways, i found TONS of dust in my computer... well i tried cleaning it out by blowing but some of the dust was still in there... i was wondering how i could clean it? i dont wanna break any hardware... and im also wondering if dust slows down my pc?

Dust clogging a heat sink can cause overheating and cause a cpu to "downclock" to compensate. This in effect will "slow down" your pc. The air in a can works good. Just follow the directions. I prefer to use compressed air from a small air compressor set at 40 psi. Just be sure to insert a screwdriver or similar tool between the blades of fans before you blow air on them to prevent high speeding the bearings. That can cause premature bearing failure.

Yes, too much dust can definitely slow things down, and affect the airflow and cooling, thus bringing your temps up...which isn't good.
Compressed air should do the trick. Make sure the fans don't spin when you're blowing the air on them, though. Stick a screw or something between the blades to keep them still. edit: or yeah. what Panama said.
