SATA or IDE?

i cant decide between SATA or IDE. i know what both r but dont know which is a better choice? any help thanx

SATA is a faster interface than IDE. SATA is the way to go.

Yup, faster and smaller cables to deal with so easier to keep tidy in your case and permit better airflow.

IDE is older technology...SATA is newer and will be around for awhile. IDE will eventually disappear.

Go with SATA.

Yes, as stated above, SATA is the way to go.... but are you going to be installing this potential new hard drive in an existing motherboard? If so, does the mobo support SATA?
