Hard Disk compatibility

hi
i have decided to buy a new hard drive of 40gb or 80gb but i'm not sure if it will
work on my pc . i have asked the question to a lot of technicians and some
told me that it will work n others not.
so here are the specs concerning my pc ,please can anybody have
a look at it and tell what u think :

http://www.qdigrp.com/qdisite/eng/products/K7B.htm

the disk i intend to purchase has the following specs:
80gb ATA133
If my computer detects it ,will the disk responds normally or will it be slow?

thanks

It should support it, it would be advisable to update your bios to the latest release.
