Type of computer (home built or store bought name brand) and the OS you're using please.

New or existing computer?

Always have the problem or just started?

Have you scanned for viruses, spyware, trojans and hijackers?

Hi

first of all thank you for ur reply. It's a computer factory built it has a P4 processor 1,4ghz, 256Ram, 2HDD 40GB each and the OS is XP SP2. Justwant to tel that I've formatted the C partition but the other don't, now I'm thinkng to do this, I'm thinking how to back-up the info from the other partitions. Yes after I've formatted the C partition I've scanned the system for errors, spywares and all other stuffs.

thanx again
