thunderblade fans and aerogate 2 fan controller

I've currently got a cooler master aerogate fan controller which is allowing me to change the speed of a couple of fans at the moment. But the 2 120mm fans i have are fairly cheap ones with low rpm and low cfm. Was hoping to change the 2 standard ones with 2 thunderblade ones however the thunderblade comes with 4 pin connector and the fan controller only takes 3 pin one's. Can i get a converter and has anyone got any other suggestions. also if i get the fans, looking at my case (antec super lanboy) the rear fan will be easily done but there doesn't seem to be an easy route to get the cable through from the fan to the controller as the Hard drive bays are in the way. Any tips or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Yes, 4 pin to 3 pin adapters are available.
