Webcams?
Uh.... I'm sorry if I asked about Webcams, but just other than doing video-conferencing, can a webcam take pictures like a camera? And how's the resolution of these cameras? Just curious.

i hardly use webcams to take pictures so i can't really give suggestions. but as for video conferencing, my friends use camcorders and they get good quality video and resolution. but you if you don't have a camcorder webcams would be just fine.

most webcams take still photos. the resolution is just a bit better than that of a cellphone camera.

Webcam resolution is typically low. They do not take very good stills and most take mediocre video at best.
