Burner wont finish despite showing 100%.

Ok im usually the one giving the support but this one has me stumped.
My dvd burner has suddenly ceased to finish up a DVD.

Heres the long story short... I need space on my HD so i started burning filed onto DVDs i tried 2 times with one brand then switched to another brand and finally a 3rd... My results were this.
Out of 4 attempts 3 failed .. they would go to th epoint where all info was burned and the disc was closing...only to stop with an error message saying burn failed. Im thinking well it got to 100% so lemme check..nothing on the DVD I can read.
The weird part is the one that DID burn to completion only had 2.5 gigs on it.
So now im stumped as to wth the problem is. I had a serious spywarevirus attack a month ago and it KO'd explorer and even my FTP unti li thouroghly cleaned it.. Im wondering if maybe im still suffering form weird leftovers.

Oh and heres my logfile from NERO.

And yes ive updated to the latest firmware.

I'd try updating Nero to currrent (6.6.0.14) and see what happens. If it's still bad, I might consider RMA'ing the burner - I saw at least one power calibration error in your log.
