Is this too hot for my CPU.... (P4 3.0ghz@3.6ghz, prescott core)
Idle: 50-55 degrees Under Load (monitored UT2003): 65 degrees max Under Prime (Prime95): 73 degrees max It runs fine under all these things, I just wanted to know whether i'm cutting the life of my CPU by it running at these temperatures, or causing hidden or long-term damage. Cheers |

For an overclocked Prescott, those temps are about what you would expect.
