Good Heat Sink Replacement

I’ve had the build in the Sig for almost a year now. Been using the standard Heat Sink / fan that came with retail. The noise has finally done me in. Temps are always at 38 C before I do anything. Just built AMD machine for the bride (Athlon 64 3000+ with ThermalTake Heat sink) and you have to listen close the even hear it at all.

I’m going to eliminate the standard sink and fan on the P4 (socket 478) but looking for suggestions about manufacturer / model that’s the best. I do mild gaming but a lot of video editing!!

I'd use this Alpha Socket 478 heatsink with this Panaflo 80mm fan.
