Is this a good PSU?

I'm thinking about getting this Case for a new build but I'm not sure on how the PSU will perform. I looked at the PSU thread but couldn't find if the Award 450w is a good PSU or not. It has +3.3V@28A, +5V@50A, and +12V@18A. I'll be running a AMD Athlon 64 3000+ with a Radeon X600PRO PCI-E graphics card. Will this PSU be enough or will I have to use a different one, like this.

Does the MSI K8N Neo4-F motherboard use a 24-pin connector? If it does, will the PSU in this case have this or will I have to get a 20-pin to 24-pin adaptor?

ive never even heard of an "Award" psu. And I'm about 90% sure that mobo uses a 24 pin connector as well. Id go with a different brand besides "award" just to be sure.

Get the Thermaltake power supply you found. It's true 24 pin.
