Strange noise from my inspiron 700m
I got a brand new inspiron 700m on 19th of this month. now 2 days later i am hearing a strange noise
 ...it sounds like something is hitting a metal piece which seems to be out of place....its coming from the bottom right side..and it occurs periodically....any ideas what it is  ..should i be concerned....thanks for any help

Its probably a fan. If the PC's working smoothly, its probably not your Hard Drive, which would be another likely cause of the noise. Try taking the side off the case, and trying to locate the sound.
