Lexmark x75 all in one question
Someone gave me a Lexmark x75 all in one printer/scanner/copier. The printer works fine, but i can not get the scanner to work. I know with my old scanner when the power was on the light in the scanner bed would be on. But nothing with this one. When ever i try to scan, i get a message that says the scanner is busy. Is there a lock on this scanner? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software......... but nothing. Any thoughts? i have been to the lexmark site, and read all the info there and they are no help either.

I am installing on windows XP, i also downloaded the patches for the software too........
