I have a few DVD Formated Mpeg files (Mpeg-2). I was wondering if I could burn those files to a DVD-ROM with my CD Burner (because I am tired of making vcd's and svd's of movies that take up 3 cd-r's) to play in my DVD player?
-I don't have a DVD burner- Thanks, DurfMedia Last edited by DurfMedia; 07-30-2005 at 08:24 PM. |

Hi DurfMedia,
Welcome to PC Mechanic !! ![]() As mentioned above, no you can't burn DVDs with a CD burner, and yes, DVD burners are extremly cheap. Check out NECs and LiteOn over at www.newegg.com , among others. TwoRails |

You couldn't burn DVD without DVD-burner!!!
I wonder how do you imagine it? You'd better to buy a DVD-burner. As in future you'll meet such problems very often. So I could recommend you NEC or Asus. |
