Which Drive Setting to Boot from?
I have a Abit KT7-RAID board and I just noticed in the BIOS it has in the choices of boot drives two that pertain to me. One is SCSI and the other is ATA100-RAID. I have an IBM ATA 100 drive on a RAID controller that boots up my PC. The ATA100-RAID setting isn't even in the manual. I know the RAID controllers are setup to look like SCSI drives to the system, but would the ATA-RAID setting be the better one to use as the boot up drive setting? I have been using the SCSI setting.

In your situation, use the ATA100 RAID. The SCSI setting would be if you actually had a SCSI controller and card in your system, it would look to the controller to boot from first.
