Adding new Memory

Howdy,

I built my pc in the spring of '04 and I am needing to add some memory. I initially put in 512 DDR 333mHz, and I was wondering if I need to add DDR 333mHz or if I can add say, 400mHz, as long as my motherboard supports it? Thanks.

Normally you shouldn't have a problem running PC3200 at PC2700 speeds. But check the memory configurator at the Crucial.com site to be sure.
