Need advice regarding SLI mobo with one video card. (and a few other thigns too)

Recently I decided to build a computer, so I selected my parts and ordered them, and they came in, and I started building it, with a little bit of help.

But we have a few questions.

The motherboard I have is the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard.

I'll start with the smallest question. If you click on the link and look at the motherboard, it has the normal slot for the power supply (it is covered by a sticker), which is below the four RAM slots. Right about that is another 4-pin power slot. Do I use this 4-pin slot also?

To the lower right of the fan, there is also another 4-pin power slot, though, it's linear, instead of boxed. Do I use this other 4-pin also?

Now, about the SLI and video card.

The video card I have is the eVGA 256-P2-N537-AX Geforce 7800GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card.

I only have one. Because I am reserving the option of SLI later on, is there anything I need to do to the motherboard to make sure it knows I am only using one video card? I want to make sure that I don't...destroy...anything. That would be bad. I looked at nVidia's SLI Zone, but it only explains how to install two cards, not just one. The DFI manual hardly gives any instructions...it's not a very good manual... So can anyone help me out here?

Did you check the motherboard CD for an electronic manual? Sometimes the electronic manual has much more information in it.

Are you using a SLI certified power supply?

Yes, I have an Antec TRUEPOWERII TPII-550 ATX12V 550W Power Supply.

And thanks, I'll look to see if the CD has more info.
