External Hard drive will not Automount
Hello. I cannot get my USB2 external enclousere that I installed an 80gig WesternDigtal Hard drive to automount. Now I purchased a WesternDigital USB2 160 gig external hard drive which had the hard drive already installed from WesternDigital and it automounts. Works very nicely, in fact. There must be some trick to get it to automount or it has something to do with the type of enclosure you get. Right now I have to go to properties.....manage... and reactive disk each time I restart the computer. Any suggetions would be appreciated. thank you
