How do i make my new drive show up withOUT a floppy?

Hey guys, i just bought a 120 GB IDE WD 7200. I already have a 80 GB WD 7200 in my system, that has XP and is full, and is IDE. I plugged in my new 120 Gig, and my BIOS recognizes it as a Primary Slave. However when i go into Windows, i go to My Computer and i cannot find my new drive with 120 GB. How do i go about making my New 120 GB show up, so i can begin putting files onto it? I do not have a floppy drive, as the floppy connector on my motherboard is broken, so i need another solution. Thanks for your help!
-Jeff

go into disk management and then you can format and partition the drive from there

start
control panel
adminstrative tools
computer management
left side under storage
3rd one down is disk management
