Rosewill 1GB (USB) Jumbo Drive
Is this drives and all drives like it able to plug into any computer and be used with out installing something?

If you're plugging it into a Win2000 or WinXP computer it'll be recognized and you can use it like a external hard drive/storage drive. But if you plug it into a Win9x computer (Win95, Win98 or WinME) you'll have to install the proper driver for it.
